We want you to love your Jones Road products, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used or opened items must meet our quality standards to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different shade, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
